Eventually the grain is encased, becoming a pearl. Let's talk about today's irritant: covid. In this ever-changing reality, we are constantly adjusting our lifestyles to protect ourselves, just like the pearl. In the end, the results are similar, persistency leads to beauty and we appreciate the small things.

My name is Joan, my world to traveling started at a young age all over the continental United States, but my personal international bucket list began at age 16 after my first 3-week trip to Europe. Since then, I have traveled to 37 countries and 32 states in the United States.
